This tree is a workhorse. Created at the prestigious institute in Piteşti, its main mission is to provide a crop that is easy to process. The fruits are medium-sized, with beautiful red-purple skin and yellowish flesh. Their biggest advantage is that the stone separates very easily from the flesh, which is invaluable when drying and making jams. It is a disease-resistant variety that provides regular yields from the third year after planting.
