How long does it take to deliver an order?

- The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. - We always ship parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - By arrangement, we can also ship plants on Thursdays or Fridays (we do not normally ship on these days in case there is a problem so that the parcels are not left in the depot unnecessarily over the weekend).

The Fig Tree (Ficus carica) variety MORENA is a popular choice originating from the Mediterranean region and is grown worldwide in areas with a moderate, humid climate. It is also suitable for cultivation in our conditions.
The MORENA Fig Tree is a strong and compact shrub, reaching a height of 3-4.5 meters depending on conditions and pruning. It can be cultivated as either a tree or a shrub, and its crown is compact.
The fruits develop without pollination. They are approximately 50g in size and have a purple color. The fruits have a very sweet taste and juicy flesh. Figs are often consumed fresh, but they can also be dried or used in various dishes.
The fruits ripen from September to October, and the first harvest typically occurs in the second year after planting.
During the winter months, the MORENA Fig Tree requires protection from frost and can also be grown in containers.
It's important to provide a sheltered location on the southern side and well-draining, slightly calcareous soil for the Fig Tree.
