Mid-late Russian variety with very large and tasty fruits.
'Vologda' is a highly valued Russian black currant variety bred at the All-Russian Institute of Selection and Technology. It is popular for its huge fruits, which can weigh up to 3 grams, and excellent dessert taste. It is also characterized by high yield and frost resistance.
