The INKA peach is medium in stature, 3-4 metres tall, with an evenly spaced crown. It grows on the St. Julien A rootstock, which is a vegetatively propagated, medium-growing rootstock, The tree is about 35% smaller than the Myrobalan rootstock. It is also suitable for heavier soils.
The 'INKA' peach blooms in spring, in the months of March to April, depending on specific climatic conditions. It is a self-pollinating variety.
The fruits of the 'INKA' peach are very large, with an average weight of 200g, some even reaching 250g. They have a round shape and are predominantly yellow-orange, with some parts being red to reddish-orange. The flesh of the fruits is juicy and highly aromatic. It has a sweet taste with a subtle acidity. The flesh is orange in color. The pit separates easily from the flesh. The 'INKA' peaches ripen in early August.
