'H-12-05-18' ('Maija') is a new Latvian autumn columnar apple variety, which is a candidate for registration. It is valued primarily for its very early entry into bearing and is among the most productive columnar varieties. The tree is very decorative, with good resistance to diseases and frost. The fruits are attractive, pink-striped, with a good sweet-tart flavour.
