How long does it take to deliver an order?

- The standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. - We always ship parcels on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. - By arrangement, we can also ship plants on Thursdays or Fridays (we do not normally ship on these days in case there is a problem so that the parcels are not left in the depot unnecessarily over the weekend).

Delite is an older but still highly valued variety from the University of Georgia and USDA program, introduced in 1969. It was created by crossing the Tifblue variety with selection 1-9. It is known primarily for its unique, very sweet taste.
Fruits (Quality and characteristics): The fruits are medium-sized, with a characteristic light, almost pinkish color when fully ripe. The scar is good. Their absolute dominant feature is their taste – they are extremely sweet, with low acidity, and often described as “candy-like” or with notes of other fruits. This flavor profile makes them a favorite for direct consumption.
Plant (Growing characteristics): The bush grows moderately vigorously and has a rather spreading habit. It ripens late in the season, effectively extending the harvest period. Chill requirements are moderate, around 400 to 500 hours. It is cross-pollinated and requires another late-flowering variety (e.g., Powderblue or Tifblue) for good pollination.
A unique advantage is its exceptionally sweet, dessert-like flavor and late ripening, which extends the season.
